Great Recipes
February 9th, 2010 by Lesa
As part of the CommunityKitchenNw Coalition’s initiative to keep a recipe book for all CK’s, I’ve been keying the recipes into a recipe software with the hopes that we will be able to publish a CK cookbook at some time in the future. In the mean time, this gives me guilty delight in seeing what other kitchen are eating. Because of this, last night, I made the yummy Lemon Pork Chops from the Queen Anne Kitchen and served it with Black Bean and Corn Quinoa Salad from the Rainer Kitchen. My family LOVED them both! They were both super simple to make and both delicious. So, this is a reminder to reference those recipes that either you’ve made at a CK and loved or have been loved by another neighborhood CK. They are tasty and easy to make. Don’t just bring them home from a CK, make it again!

Thank you for posting these recipes Lesa! This is such an excellent resource for all of us to get some menu ideas for our own cooking adventures. I am excited about the possibility of a CK cookbook in the future.
This is really useful. Thanks so much for doing it!
